We will then provide you with comprehensive information about the treatment, the hospitals and the physicians that will perform it together, after completion of a brief medical history form give you a fixed price for your procedure guaranteeing you total peace of mind.

Before making your decision to travel you may wish to learn more about the procedure / surgery or indeed have any particular questions or concerns. We will be happy to forward them to our Surgeons in India to answer and reply to you, usually within 24 hours. Also, you are most welcome to speak directly with our Surgeons (either by phone or email) we will facilitate all this for you by giving you all their contact details. Furthermore, we are happy to arrange for you to speak with any number of our patients who have undergone treatment at our hospitals in India.

Once you are happy with all the consultations we will inform you of your hospital admissions date. Note we request NO up-front deposits, payments or fees for your surgery you simply pay our hospital in India on admission. Payment can be made in cash (Indian rupees, Sterling or US Dollars), by bank transfer or any debit / credit card. Furthermore, be rest assured you are NOT charged any extra for our services, we are simply an extension in the UK, of our Indian hospitals and as such, are compensated by them.

We provide a complete travel service and are happy to arrange / assist with your passports, visas, flights and hotels. We work directly with the following four airline consolidators: British Airways, Air India, Air Emirates and Virgin Atlantic and are therefore, able to purchase airline tickets at significant cost savings.

On arrival in India you will be met by our staff who will fast track you through the airport customs and chauffeur you to the hospital. On admission, you will be met by your Consultant who will guide you through a comprehensive health assessment (including where required, MRI Scans, X-rays, blood tests etc.) before confirming a date for your procedure / surgery. The consultant will explain to you in detail all about your procedure / surgery and give you ample opportunity to ask questions.

After surgery you will be given plenty of time for recovery, as instructed by your Surgeon since the first few days after surgery are the most important to get adequate rest. The Surgeon will visit you frequently to check your general condition and ensure you are healing well. Depending of course, on the procedure a programme of physiotherapy will be discussed with you and implemented.

Before you are discharged from the hospital the Surgeon and his Team will ensure you are fit and ready to travel. They will also provide you with comprehensive notes including scans, reports and CD's of the procedure / surgery undertaken to pass onto your GP / Hospital Consultant back home for efficient and seamless follow ups. You will be chauffeured to the hotel or airport. We have tied up with some great spas, retreats hotels and resorts throughout India where you can relax in tranquil surroundings for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Spiritually, you will have a stronger, more meaningful experience; and, on the practical side our resorts and hotels are all conveniently located within 1-2 hours (by train / flight) of the major cities. You will have an opportunity to experience Ayurveda and Yoga and Meditation to help you heal the mind, body and soul.

Once you are back in your home that is not where our service ends, we will help you back into the NHS system if required, by speaking with your GP / Hospital Consultant and following up any additional information they require from your Surgeon in India.

On receipt of your written consent, we will liaise directly with your GP / Hospital Consultant to obtain and forward your medical records to our Surgeons in India by courier.

On receipt of your application we will hand deliver it to the Indian Embassy and have your medical visas processed and posted out to you by special delivery within 4 working days.

We will arrange for you to speak with us and your hospital Consultant from the comfort of your home at a time most convenient with you. This allows you to talk freely with us and your Consultant to answer all your queries and concerns directly, both before you go to India and of course, on your return home after surgery.
